[notion template] study time counting by notion for students

This is a Notion template for tracking and managing focused study time using Notion. It’s convenient for students to measure and manage their pure study hours.

Setting up a Notion database for tracking focused study time

1.Study Time Record Sheet:

• Record the date and subject of your daily study sessions.
• Use database buttons to mark the start and end times of your study sessions.
• Calculate the net study time by subtracting the start time from the end time, and display it in hours and minutes.

2.Subject Tracker:

• Create a record sheet for each subject.
• Calculate the total study time for each subject using relational and roll-up properties based on data fetched from the database.
• Display the study time for each subject as a cumulative total (in hours and minutes)

How to Use the Notion Template for Calculating Focused Study Time by this template

First, set up the subject on subject DB

2nd, make a page for date and subject, relation prop on study time DB

3rd, Press the button each page on DB when you start study the subject.

4th, Press the button each page on DB when you end study the subject

5th You can count your study time for each day, subject.

6th You can check the subtotal study time for each subject on subject DB
